    • What to look for: Nodes on the very edge of two different clusters with high Betweenness Scores.
    • The Action: Drag the orange token between these two specific nodes to bridge the communication void.
  3. Apply the Resilience Weaver
    • What to look for: A 'Hub' node with high Connections, where all the surrounding attached nodes have exactly 1 Connection (meaning they only talk to the boss).
    • The Action: Drag the teal token onto the central 'Hub' to weave the fragile team into a resilient mesh.
